up to now i've been painting on stretched canvas. but the next move i make i think will be to try painting on masonite.

i have had suggestions that i try painting on a coated drum head, but it just seems to blatent to me...i like to have the viewer guessing a little bit. plus i like the tie-in between a somewhat standard art medium and drumming.

so, we'll see what happens with the masonite...and i think i'll try...the rough side!
